I'm taking part in this event in the name of bowel cancer prevention and to raise essential funds for the Jodi Lee Foundation.
This walk is for my beautiful and courageous daughter Catherine, who lost her long battle to this horrible disease in January this year at the age of 32. Catherine along with her very supportive husband Jamie, family and friends have inspired so many people through a remarkable fund raising campaign under the banner 'Research4Riney'. Catherine was so passionate about raising awareness and that, 'You Are Never Too Young' to get this insidious disease. Let's continue to raise much needed funds for vital research and trial programs and find that cure!
