The Mofos are back for another stroll in the countryside. We were inspired by Andre, Kate and Karel smashing the SA JLF Trek last year, though there were a few who reckon they were a bit slow, so the challenge is on! This year we're a bigger rowdier and far more under-prepared group so we're going to need all the help we can get.

We've left our fundraising a bit late (mofo style) and we want to stick to our promise to do some good and raise awareness and funds for this awesome Foundation.
We were shocked to realise that bowel cancer is the second biggest killer in this country, and we want to help fix this. Can you help us raise awareness and much needed funds?
