We know Bowel Cancer Awareness and prevention is so very important (being the 2nd most common cause of cancer), and we feel privileged in playing our small part in this, by undertaking this Trek!
We also know how important it is for our general health and our mental health - to get together with friends, walk, talk, laugh till our stomachs hurt, to get out in nature and away from the hustle and bustle of our lives for a few hours!
These are the reasons we are doing this Trek!
