I’m taking part in this event to raise awareness about preventing bowel cancer in memory of one of my long-time work colleagues Sarah Black who passed away last year.

She was younger than me and put up a hell of a fight, but if picked up earlier may have been able to win that fight. It's a simple test to do and want to get awareness out to all my family and friends no matter the age to take the time to get checked.
