I’m taking part in this 70.5km trek on August 7th and 8th in honour of my friend Ali Kaspersetz who lost her battle with bowel cancer in October last year at the age of 42. I want to raise awareness for the prevention and early detection of bowel cancer by encouraging everyone to do the simple at-home screening test. Thinking of you Ali and your beautiful little girl Lyla.
