In October 2014 with no warning Emma's father Peter was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bowel Cancer. He commenced treatment immediately and this remains ongoing. Along the way he has required hospital stays and a number of operations.
Despite the bad days he continues to remain positive, never complaining and is an inspiration to everyone close to him.

Our thoughts are also with any of our family and friends who have been affected by cancer.
