After taking part and really challenging ourselves mentally and physically in the 2016 trek we are back for more!!
The message that the Jodi Lee foundation promotes of early detection really resonates with me. Having found a lump in my breast in 2015 and having been through treatment for breast cancer I understand first hand the importance of early detection. If we listen to our bodies and know what is normal for us, we can intervene early and hopefully have an excellent outcome.
The trek is my way of acknowledging what I and many others have been thru and are going thru and celebrating what our bodies are capable of doing.
