I’m taking part in this event to raise awareness about preventing and early detection bowel cancer.
I've have had a long association with The Jodi Lee Foundation and wish to continue my support by participating in the event.
I'm in my 50's and have taken a screening test every 2 years since 2013.
In previous fund raising and awareness campaigns a number of people who I am aware of have taken a test and received a positive result which lead to surgical intervention so I fully appreciate how powerful the message can be to take the test.
