I’m taking part in this event to raise awareness about preventing bowel cancer having experienced an advanced case with my younger sibling, both before the age of 50. I have endured the treatment. I have also seen bowel cancer take away the lives of many friends and family in their later years, diagnosed only after unnecessary delays. Early detection is necessary, which is the main focus of the Jodi Lee Foundation.
