Hearing about Chadwick Boseman passing away this week at age 43 is another reminder that this is not an older mans disease. Everyone needs to be educated about bowel cancer and take STEPS to protect themselves. Research has shown that you are at 40% greater risk of getting bowel cancer if you have a sedentary lifestyle. So important to keep moving. Bring on the 300,000 steps!
