I'm taking part in this event to raise awareness about preventing bowel cancer.
This disease rocked my families world when our sister, daughter, mother and auntie was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer and passed away at the age of 32.
For me its about getting the word out, that its not an old persons disease and having more people understand signs/symptoms. Listen to your bodies and never be afraid or embarrassed to seek help x
