I have enormous admiration for the Jodi Lee Foundation and it’s work to prevent bowel cancer. Regrettably, cancer incidence is growing and both my parents were taken early by the disease. The preventable nature of bowel cancer means there is no excuse, we just need to raise awareness.
This will be the seventh time I will take on Peaks Challenge it is particularly special riding as part of the Jodi Lee Foundation team.
We can all contribute to help prevent and treat cancer and a leisurely 235km on a bike through the Victorian Alps is the least I can do.
