Through Jodi Lee Foundation events, we have raised a significant amount of money to fund our initiatives. But there's more to it than that. These events raise awareness about the importance of bowel screening for the early detection of the disease. And we know that if detected early, bowel cancer can be successfully treated in 90 per cent of cases.
So far, I have taken part in all of our events and met some incredible people along the way. I get great pleasure from the team spirit generated by each event and the impact they have had on so many lives.
Vitality is one of the key values of Jodi Lee Foundation and it is demonstrated through our events in many ways: the challenge to push personal boundaries; the commitment to training; the support shown by family and friends and the sense of achievement on completing an event.
