We have all been changed forever because of bowel cancer.
We are “Tracey’s Legacy Team”.
Please support us as we walk and support The SA Hiking Challenge 2015 in memory of our beautiful Tracey Lee Diamond.
The Jodi Lee Foundation is all about raising awareness and encouraging people to screen for the early detection of bowel cancer.
Early detection can result in successful treatment in up to 90% of cases. Bowel Cancer is one of the most preventable cancers.
Such a fitting way for us as a family to be together and remember her.
Tracey is never far away, she is forever in our hearts. We love and miss her each and every day.
