I lost my Grandmother to Bowel Cancer when I was 4 years old but can still remember her hugs and cuddles. Losing my grandmother and my dear friend Phil Coleman (Annette's late husband) and more recently learning Jodi's story, touched me deeply and  motivated me to join The Jodi Lee Foundation Little Black Dress Ride in Vietnam. Our family set up our own  Cancer Research Fund in 2003,  just before Phil died, and this has been an ongoing  and inspiring challenge for us.   Monies from the Allyson Parsons Art Cancer Research Fund go directly to the RAH to be used for all cancers. Since reading the statistics on Bowel Cancer, which was a shock to me, Bowel Cancer Sceening tests are a " must do " thing for everyone aged 40+ and so easy! I am very excited about doing this ride for The Jodi Lee Foundation and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone who is doing the ride.
