I’m taking part in this 55km event on Oct 21 & 22 to raise money and awareness for preventing bowel cancer. It is a very worthy reason to walk (and trot!) the beautiful Great Ocean Road with friends and to think of our friend Ali Kaspersetz who we lost too early to this disease. Any donations are much appreciated! There is an easy preventative test for bowel cancer and if you are under 50, I encourage you to ask your doctor about it. The government will send you a test when you are 50 so just get it done!
