In light of government advice and the restrictions in place to stop the spread of COVID-19, we may have to postpone The JLF Trek 2020.
We greatly appreciate our Victorian community and your help in raising awareness of the prevention of bowel cancer. Whilst it is not possible to propose an alternative date until we know when restrictions will be eased, we will continue to keep you informed and we are hopeful that we will see you either on 28 + 29 August or later in the year.
The JLF Team
This year we’re heading back to Apollo Bay to explore the magical Great Ocean Walk again. Set yourself a personal challenge, get fit and have fun with friends while experiencing an adventure in the great outdoors. The JLF Trek ends with a celebration party at the finish line, complete with a hearty meal, drinks and live music!
The JLF Trek is an endurance event designed to challenge you physically and mentally. A medium to high level of fitness is required but with the right preparation and attitude you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve. Whether you complete the full 80km distance over two days or a shorter section, this weekend will leave you inspired and ready to take on the world. The Jodi Lee Foundation is the event organiser. No refund of registration fees or money raised will be made, and your registration fee cannot be transferred to another JLF Trek or event. Due to the months of preparation involved, the event will not be re-scheduled to any other weekend. We also reserve the right to change the route or checkpoint locations or distances as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants prior to the event.
Your registration fee covers part of the cost of the event, it is not a donation. We endeavour to cover the balance of the cost through the generous support of our sponsors.
