I'm 67 years old, retired, and looking to maintain my fitness. I want to do the JLF 2017 Castlemaine trek in memory of friends who have died of bowel cancer, and to raise money which will support early intervention strategies to create awareness of bowel cancer and encourage people to take the detection test. The opportunity to get out into Victorian bush and do strenuous walking is secondary, but a happy coincidence.
