I’m taking part in the JLF Trek 2022 as bowel cancer is a disease that doesn’t discriminate. My Dad was fit, skinny and young(ish) when he was diagnosed unexpectedly in 2018. Anyone who has changes in their bowel movement needs to get it checked out and not take no for an answer. I'd rather do a test than go through chemo.
