Im taking part in this event to raise awareness of bowel cancer and to honour my Mum. This is my Mum and that is me at my sisters wedding. She felt like rubbish and just wanted to be in bed but was brave and amazing and was there! She was diagnosed with bowel cancer which was missed in a colonoscopy, when it was found it had spread to her lungs and liver. She left her pain behind in 2017 aged 72. Anything I can do to assist others with this hideous disease I will!
