This year it is 10 years since I lost my Dad to bowel cancer and the 2nd year of participating in this event in his honour. Participating in this event allows me to challenge myself physically and mentally but more importantly it allows me to raise awareness about preventing bowel cancer, about early detection and screening. What a privilege it is to be able to participate in this event and contribute to this foundations work. Please support myself and my team if you can.
