Saturday, May 15, I will be returning to the Heysen Trail for another nudge on the Jodi Lee Foundation Trek, helping to raise awareness and funds for Bowel Cancer Research.

My third visit to the JLF Trek, it's always a tremendous physical and mental challenge, which also drives home a level of appreciation for the opportunity being abled provides; when there are so many in less fortunate positions, who may love the chance to live a single happy, healthy day.

I wouldn't say I like asking for donations. Instead, I believe giving back is a pillar upon which enterprise is built, so if you are a client of any of the projects I am involved in, a donation will be made on your behalf.
