I am trekking for my friend Emily. Throughout her battle, Emily wanted to educate others that bowel cancer was not an "old person" disease. She wanted people to know the symptoms so they could be diagnosed far earlier than she was. She wanted to make a difference for someone- and I hope that by trekking, we keep her messages alive.
