I'm taking part in this event in the name of bowel cancer prevention and to raise essential funds for the Jodi Lee Foundation. I will walk 80kms over two days to elevate the key message that bowel cancer can be prevented with early detection. I am also doing the trek to honour the bravery of a couple of people close to me who have suffered from the disease. I remain in awe of their attitude throughout and their fighting spirit!
