I'm taking part in this event in as part of a fabulous group of women walking to raise much needed money for such a worthy cause. Bowel cancer can hit any of us at any age and any time.

This will be my third JLF in a row and I love it more each year. A great way to exercise, maintain friendships and make a difference.
