I'm taking part in this event in the name of bowel cancer prevention and to raise essential funds for the Jodi Lee Foundation.
Making the trek is an effort to show unity in our community, to come together with strangers to help strangers, to return from the Trek with a stronger understanding and appreciation of the hardship some people live through every day and having raised essential funds for the Jodie Lee Foundation to assist people living in such a way.
