Walking makes me happy & I do it daily as time for myself. This year I have made a commitment to go on more walking adventures & this has been one I have been wanting to achieve for a while. It's an amazing way to raise awareness for bowel cancer as well as fundraise. I'm looking forward to the physical and mental challenge as well as the comradery & meeting like minded people.
