I will be joining a group of friends this year to take part in the JLF trek to help raise funds and awareness for the prevention of bowel cancer. We all love a good chat as well as a good walk and decided that we needed a bit of a challenge in 2018 so the idea of chatting and walking for 80kms to raise money for an important cause sounded like a good idea?!?
