I've signed up for the 2018 JLF Trek as I enjoy participating in events which test the boundaries of commitment and perseverance. I also find that involvement in challenges like this help to keep life in perspective - whilst I have no doubt that the 2 days will be full of challenges, they'll be nothing like the challenges faced by the individuals and families who are touched by bowel cancer and other diseases.
