Nick Lee recently hosted information sessions to Fyfe staff on the subject of bowel cancer and the formation of The Jodi Lee Foundation. After hearing Nick’s heartfelt journey with this disease we have been inspired to enter a team in The JLF Trek 2016.
Today, many of us are touched by cancer whether it is at work or at home and our team members are no strangers to this. We are walking to raise money, awareness and hopefully support The Jodi Lee Foundation in its quest to defeat this disease.
We are not elite hikers or marathon runners but we are a competitive lot and pledge to give our all to meet the challenges of the 80 km trek!
We are looking forward to meeting fellow walkers along the trail, sharing our blistering stories and getting to see a piece of South Australia that we might not otherwise have experienced this way.
