SILENT AUCTION

The silent auction contains amazing holidays, memorabilia, art and experiences from all over the country, which you can bid on prior to the Gala using a Ballot Bidding form.

To place a bid prior to the Gala:
Fill in your required information on the top of the form.
Place your desired one-time maximum bid amount in the space next to the item/s you like.

Please note you may be successful on more than one of your bids.
a) The items designated as ‘only one available’ will be sold to the highest bidder.
b) The items designated as ‘multiples available’ will be offered in order from the highest bidder down (until the limited quantities are sold).

Please then email [email protected] and attach your completed Ballot Bidding form to submit your bid/s before Friday 21 May at 5pm.

If you are deemed the winner of a Ballot Bidding item, your credit card will be charged automatically.

If you are successful with your bid, items are to be collected by 11:45pm on the night of the Gala or a $35 delivery fee will be charged, with a delivery time of up to 28 days from the event.

The Auctioneer shall be in charge of the bidding and any disputes shall be decided by him.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid without declaring the reason. In such an event, the Auctioneer may negotiate by private treaty with any interested party without declaring any reserve price that may exist.
The Jodi Lee Foundation gives no warranty on items offered. Goods and services are displayed or described only and are correct at time of printing.
All items shall be at the risk and expense of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer.
Value indicated alongside descriptions on any bidding sheet or in the catalogue shall be regarded as recommended retail or estimates only. Values are not warranted by the Jodi Lee Foundation.
All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund on any item.
All goods must be removed on the evening of the Major Auction unless written arrangements are made with an authorised member of the Jodi Lee Foundation which must be captured in writing and signed by the Foundation and the purchaser.

Items shall be paid for in full before the conclusion of the evening.
GST: The Major Auction will be held on a GST inclusive basis.
This means that the price bid, includes GST.

CROWS LEGENDARY EXPERIENCE

The Holy Grail footy experience for you and the kids!
Enjoy a private outdoor box for 10 people at a Crows home game at the Adelaide Oval for the 2021 season.
Take your younger footy fans along to a 1 hour private coaching clinic for 10, with Crows Legend – Darren Jarman and current player Brodie Smith, to be held on Oval 2 at the Adelaide Oval.

One (1) x  ten (10) seat open corporate box, located in the Eastern Stand at Adelaide Oval at one (1) of the Club’s eleven (11) Premiership Season minor round home games which will include:
Reserved ticketing for ten (10) guests per box

Game selected will be mutually agreeable with the Club and subject to availability.
Excludes finals games.
Food and beverage can be arranged separately but is not included.

The winner will be drawn at the Jodi Lee Foundation Ten Year Anniversary Gala on Saturday 22/5/21 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, 98 Port Rd, Hindmarsh SA 5007. The lottery is run by the Jodi Lee Foundation with funds raised benefiting the Foundation. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter. Purchasers full details must appear on ticket stub. Each dinner must be redeemed according to the conditions of the individual voucher, which may vary from each venue.

The lucky winner will be announced and receive the 0.70 Carat GH/SI1-2 Certified round brilliant cut diamond retailed at $7,999 from the Promise collection. This diamond is proudly supplied and sponsored by Mazzucchelli’s jewellers.
The winner will be supplied with a diamond set in a basic 9ct or 18ct gold solitaire ring or pendant mount with retail value of $700. If a more elaborate mount is desired, a quote will be provided.
