After challenging ourselves mentally and physically to do the trek in 2016 we are back to take on the challenge again!!

The message of early detection that The Jodi Lee Foundation promotes resonates strongly with me. After finding a lump in my breast in 2015 and undergoing 18mths of treatment for breast cancer I know just how important it is to listen to your body and know what it ""your normal".

If something has changed, be it a lump or bump has appeared or your bloated or bowel habits have changed, then get it checked by your GP. Early detection is a huge factor in a favourable outcome to any treatment.

The trek is my way of acknowledging what I and many others have been thru and also celebrating what our body's are capable of :)
