A few years ago I heard Nick’s story about why he founded The Jodi Lee Foundation and was blown away.
I love it that the JLF can save peoples’ lives – easily and painlessly.
I was looking for the next challenge when Matty Hopkinson suggested doing the 3 Peaks for the Foundation. Fantastic idea!
The best thing about it without a shadow of a doubt is that it has probably saved my life. Having signed up, I did the test, got a positive and they found and removed a fair-sized polyp.
The surgeon said it would’ve been cancerous in a few years – probably by the time I turned 50.
I’m very thankful to Jodi, Nick and everyone else at The Jodi Lee Foundation for helping me dodge a bullet.
Now, I’m encouraging others to do the same. Oh, and the ride will be a blast!
