In 2014 I ran the NY City Marathon for the JLF in memory of my Grandmother Jean Kennett who lost her battle with bowel cancer when I was very young. It was among the best undertakings I have ever made. I enjoyed the whole process so much I made the decision to repeat that effort this year.

We have offered the opportunity for our staff to partake thinking we may get a couple of interested parties... We have 7 people (4 this year and 3 next year) who are committing to the marathon and further interest from family and friends to join team Kennett on this 2 year adventure.

We have lofty ambitions of raising a reasonable amount to help the JLF raise awareness and implement prevention plans for people at risk of this insidious disease.
