As an enthusiastic runner/marathoner, running the New York City Marathon was on my bucket list of big runs to do. But I had not imagined to be attempting to tackle it so soon.
It will be my 6th Marathon. But what attracted me to run it in 2015 was when I heard about The Jodi Lee Foundation and its ties to bowel cancer.
I thought what an opportunity and a perfect tribute to my mother who passed away from bowel cancer nearly 2 years ago.
Not only will this marathon be an experience but I'll be supporting a cause that I can truly identify with.
