I live in Singapore with my wife Eliza, son Zac and twins Lulu & Sam. I moved up here with Microsoft 2 years ago, to manage the Xbox business across the region. In all my 6 years at Microsoft I’ve found the company really value citizenship and are supporting both The Jodi Lee Foundation and my participation in the Little Black Dress Classic.

My connection with The Jodi Lee Foundation came through previously working with Nick at Unilever Australia. It was during this time that I met Jodi. Like everyone, I (and Eliza) fell in love with her warmth, caring nature and smile. When the opportunity came up to participate and support the Little Black Dress Classic for a second time I was quick to lock it in. I’m really looking forward to making a contribution and helping Nick’s efforts to prevent bowel cancer and leave a mark for Jodi to save all Australians from it.

Outside of work and all its travels, I enjoy spending lots of time with my young family. If I get any time for myself I’m quick to spend that cycling, running, swimming, playing tennis or golf. In Dec 2012, I completed my 3rd Ironman. So I take my place in the peloton for this year’s Little Black Dress Classic knowing personally it is a great catalyst and motivation to get back to a peak level of fitness (and waistline). Given I have been really enjoying all that comes with living and enjoying all of Asia with my young family.

On my previous Little Black Dress Classic I was the recipient of The Jodi Lee Foundation junior rider award. This was awarded by the boys for riding what could only be described as a kids size bike for all 1100km’s. Good news for the peloton and our masseuse I have a real bike now. I will be on it with the extra motivation of riding uphill to my family in QLD. Aside from the other motivations of celebrating tackling all 950 km’s with the team, raising awareness and heaps of funds for The Jodi Lee Foundation. Safe cycling to all and thanks for all your support.
