I’m excited and nervous to join the team and take on the challenge of running my first marathon…in NYC!!
When I first learnt of this charity, I was shocked to read that every 2 hours an Australian will die from bowel cancer. Given those figures and how small the world is these days, chances are we all know someone diagnosed or to be diagnosed.
By raising awareness and through fundraising, we can help to make a difference.
Thank you for not only donating to this worthy cause but for supporting and motivating me through my training. I’ll be thinking of you throughout the 42.2km, particularly when the legs really start to feel it.
