I am a Radiation Therapist. Have been for 23 years. I’m very fortunate to meet beautiful people from all walks of life. I see the devastation that cancer cause first hand. I also love running and staying fit and healthy. Fitness is important to me - not only for myself, but for my family, my friends and most importantly for my patients.
I ran my last (21st) marathon last year in Stockholm, or so I thought. I learnt of The Jodi Lee Foundation and knew I had to do one more. This time it’s not about me, it’s about spreading a message - a very important one - bowel cancer can kill. Early detection is important and the more funds we can raise to prevent this monster called CANCER, the more hope we give to lots of people, even ourselves.
Your donation will not go unnoticed. I will print all your names on a ribbon and take with me on this journey to New York. You’ll be running this marathon for The Jodi Lee Foundation with me. You’ll be giving your support to better bowel cancer awareness.
