Ben Sullivan would like to believe he has some level of influence over the busy lives of four children, two dogs, and foxy partner Michaela - but concedes life is an exercise in catching up (that, or being educated about what is really going on!).He harbours a long standing grudge for being introduced to the limelight by sisters Amy and Jessica who entered Channel Nines Red Faces with a skit that - like other family secrets - really should have been kept "in-house".  They called themselves "Ben Sullivan's Sisters", of course they won, and shame has followed him for 30 years with regular replays of the famous act occuring on national TV. In an attempt to make a name for himself, Ben has committed to ride the 850km Little Black Dress Classic in Tassie - encouraged by the heroic efforts of a similarly unfit participant last year who borrowed a bike and trained for a couple of weeks to ride from Coffs Harbour to Sydney with JLF.  Can you guess who that was?Actually Ben has many genuine reasons to commit to this great initiative including a deep respect for the work done by Nick and The Jodi Lee Foundation and a fond memory of Jodi.  Ben's family and several close friends have also been affected by cancer, and he is grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness and funds for the fight against cancer generally, and bowel cancer specifically.The opportunity to spend some time in a beautiful region of Australia with a great crew doesn’t hurt either.He will be blowing like a bloody steam train though - so any financial "push" you can give will be very gratefully received!
